Accessing the Branch Manager

To begin using the Branch Manager:

1. Log In: Sign into your Field Complete account, and navigate to the settings icon on the bottom left of the screen.

2. Navigate to Operations, then (Branch Manager)

Creating a New Branch

If you need to add a new branch, follow these steps:

1. Click on Create Branch: Look for the Create Branch button at the top right corner

2. Enter Branch Name: Fill in essential information such as:

- Branch Name

- Notes

3. Save Changes: To Save, simply click away from fields

Managing Existing Branches

Once branches are created, you can manage them effectively:

1. Select a Branch: Click on any branch from the list to view its details.

2. Edit Information: You can update branch name and notes as needed.

3. Archive Branches: By design, we maintain branches on your account. If you decide to remove a Branch, we offer an archiving feature to remove from list of available branches, however, they maintain available as archived branches should they have history on the account.

Branch Allocation

1. Assign Branches to Jobs: Branches can be assigned as a Job is created, and edited throughout the workflow as needed.

2. Limit Users to Branches: As part of User management, you can also limit users to branches. Ultimately, this allows you to organize technicians to branches, allowing for advanced reporting and analytics.

Monitoring performance is vital for continuous improvement. Through Field Complete reporting, you can generate reporting on Jobs, Projects, and Customers based on assigned Branches.

  • Dispatch Page: Branch views on the Dispatch page allows the dispatcher to segment views, and focus on each branch at a time. This feature limits human error, and allows the dispatcher to get a big picture on all routes per Branch.
