This view includes job descriptions, priority levels, schedules, assigned technicians, relevant documents, and customer details, ensuring everyone has the necessary context to complete their work efficiently and effectively. Access the project view and view related Jobs and project details.

Look to the top-right corner of the Field Complete app! Within the additional settings menu, you'll find a new option that unlocks enhanced project details. This setting grants you access to a clearer, more comprehensive view of your projects directly on your mobile device.

Access to Project view provides instant access to crucial project information, all conveniently located within the Field Complete app. See project timelines, specifications, and other important documents that help you stay informed and aligned with overall project goals. It puts the power of detailed project knowledge right at your fingertips.

Additional settings also provide the options to send an estimate and recall. With either option, quickly progress with the work order as needed.

Access to the project provides visibility to all jobs listed within it. As a reminder, the relationship between projects and jobs in Field Complete allows for efficient tracking of complex work orders in a simplified manner. Each visit can be logged as a job, or jobs can be segmented by trade or vendor. Whether there is a single job or multiple jobs, the entire project shares the same service location and customer, enabling practical and efficient invoicing.

Project details, or additional details, provide further information necessary for the successful completion of the project.

Note: Jobs sent as an offer will be converted into a project for the vendor. This mechanism allows the vendor to manage multiple jobs if needed, while maintaining the structure established by the customer
