  • It all starts with a buzz and a notification that appears at the bottom of the screen:

    • Should you not see the notification right away, you have an indicator that will show notification(s) until they are cleared.

    • From your mobile app: notifications are communicated on your mobile, and a notifications icon will provide latest notifications that have not been cleared

  • Once you access the offered Job, it's time to decide if you Accept or Decline

    • The amounts shown are what you are getting paid, and the company sending the Job will determine how much detail is provided within the Job Scope.

    • Should you decline, you would lose access to customer information and job scope

    • Once you accept, the Job cannot be canceled without your approval

  • Should you Accept the Job, an amazing thing happens ... :

    • A received Job is converted to a Project

      • This change allows you to organize the newly received Job within your business standards

      • The newly created Project allows for a workspace so you can manage the Job with all the available features provided by Field Complete

      • Should the work order become extensive, the newly created Project allows you to add Jobs in an organized and efficient manner

      • Note: "Shared Project" is added to the Project ID to identify such actions

  • Once you complete the received Job, its time to get PAID !:

    • An invoice is generated from the budget tab, and the "Automatic Billing" option will be immediately available

    • Payment cant be logged by the receiver, or by the hiring Contractor. This action is ultimately dependent on how payment was communicated prior to the Job being accepted.

    • Upon received payment, and completed Job, its customary to complete the Project

    • That's it! your done

Job sharing is a feature based on flexibility. Should you have multiple Jobs, each of those Jobs within a Project can be scheduled on different dates and assigned to multiple field technicians and Contractors.

As a Contractor receiving a Job, the slight change is your ability accept or decline the offer, and the function of getting your own workspace(Project), so its completed efficiently. By the end of the workflow, you can send an invoice for payment, and get paid without leaving the platform.
