  1. Notifications

    1. View list of notifications that have yet to be viewed. In this manner, the user can always catch up on latest notifications. Notifications can then be cleared as needed.

      1. Notifications include:

        1. Offers

        2. Newly assigned Jobs

        3. Created Bills

        4. Updates on Jobs User is assigned to

  2. Invoices

    1. Ready for Billing:

      1. Completed Jobs that are yet to be invoiced. Dashboard preview will provide total amount of jobs, and total amount pending to be invoiced.

    2. Open Invoices:

      1. View Open, and Past Due Invoices to ensure no invoice gets lost or unattended.

  3. Offers

    1. See all Open Offers

      1. Once a Vendor accepts an Offer, the offer is converted to a Job.

      2. If a Vendor decline an Offer, the offer gets filed as "Declined" and does not get converted to a Job.

  4. Estimates

    1. See all Estimates

      1. Estimates are similar to Jobs, but they have specific differences.

        1. Estimates will not be shown on the Calendar, and cannot be invoiced.

        2. Estimates have a customer approval status, which limits updates to the estimate without a change order.

  5. Jobs

    1. Jobs, or sometimes referred to as work orders, represent visits to the service location to provide services. The "See All" options provides options to filter and sort through Jobs.

      1. Access: Administrators of the company can view all Jobs for the company, and they can limit technicians to only view Jobs that are assigned to each technician.

  6. Calendar

    1. Daily Calendar will show all Jobs within the given time slot. The Calendar will show all Jobs assigned to the User.

      1. In addition, a map view is available to draw out the route for each day.

  7. Create a Job/Estimate

    1. The Create Button for Jobs or Estimates.

      1. Note: A Project is created automatically with every new Job. A function designed to provide a working environment to maximize efficiency and productivity.

  8. Search

    1. Search Jobs and Invoices. Based on level of permissions, a user can search for all Jobs or strictly Jobs assigned to respective user.

  9. Settings

    1. User settings that include:

      1. Update Email & Phone number

      2. Update Username & Password
