The Dashboard is based on providing a general overview on your company.
Sales:
The Sales graph will provide a daily update on revenue being recorded. As long as payments are logged, they would be reflected on this graph.
Note: Amounts will not reflect Retail vs. Cost, particular Line Items, or specific amounts.
Invoices:
Status: Ready for Billing
Details will provide Project information based on completed Jobs without being invoiced.
Note: if there are multiple Jobs within a Project, the entire Project would show in this area if a single Line Item within the Project is not included on an invoice
Status: Open
Invoices that are not past due, and have been generated.
Status: Past Due
Invoices that were generated, and are past the due date.
Leaderboard:
Technicians/ Groups/ Contractors
A consistent tally of stats for Jobs, while filtering based on the assigned technician.
Note: If the user is not listed on the leaderboard, it is likely that they do not have the permissions to qualify as a Technician, however, please contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.
